Whether a child becomes a doctor, dancer, scientist or parent, looking deeply is a skill that is life altering. The following adventures immerse students in the natural world, heighten their awareness of how it works and help them experience an inner and outer connection with it.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a sampling of what I would like to share for children in grades 2-8. I have listed the title of each offering and a key word that hints at its focus.<\/p>\n<p>1. Artful Science \u2013 nature crafts<\/p>\n<p>2. Seeing through Native Eyes \u2013 native connections<\/p>\n<p>3. Listening to the Forest \u2013 forest awareness<\/p>\n<p>4. Celebrating Nature \u2013 natural connections\/drawing\/writing<\/p>\n<p>5. Insects Up Close and Personal \u2013 getting to know insects<\/p>\n<p>6. You Saw a What? \u2013 animal track &amp; sign<\/p>\n<p>7. Adapting: What If You Can\u2019t \u2013 adaptation<\/p>\n<p>8. Exercising Your Right Brain \u2013creative thinking<\/p>\n<p>9.
